By joining, registering, viewing, and/or using our platform, you agree to these terms and any updates.

As a nonprofit, we want people to have Safety and Equality - we provide new rules to technology and social media based on improving peoples lives. Improving lives takes priority over communications - which we manage and facilitate. We are ethical, egalitarian, motivational, and innovative.

The mission of Worldie is to create positive social impact, safety, humanitarianism, equality, integration, and a helpful social media system by providing services, communications, platforms, data for good, partnerships, and social projects as an international nonprofit social media and technology organization.

Liability Waiver – You Agree That We Do Not Have Liability and That You Will Follow Our Policies, Including for Safety:

Terms of service can be updated at any time, and you agree to these changes.

You agree to:

1)     Never sue Worldie for any liabilities, damages, problems, risks, or for any reason from its use.

2)     Worldie has no liability for any damages, problems, risks, or issues caused by its platform or by its users.

3)     Worldie is not responsible or liable for any damages, issues, risks, harms, intellectual property violations, crimes, or problems caused by users on its platform. Although we moderate and do our best, we also are not a faulty-proof platform. It takes time to do credibility checking, and we are still building.

4)    Worldie is not responsible for any liabilities, damages, or problems caused by using its website or any of its applications whether minor or major.

5)     Worldie is not responsible or liable for any damages or problems caused by any products and services which are sold or wanted by its users on or off its platform. This includes links which take you to websites or applications off of our platform for purchases.

6)     Worldie does not guarantee satisfaction, safety, or happiness from using our services, website, applications, or platform. We have imperfect errors and limitations in development, despite our missions. 

7)     You agree to our partnerships, stakeholders, advisers, mission, social projects, data to be used for good, oversight, and research.

8)     Violations of the Terms of Service can cause user content or users to be removed or deactivated from Worldie. Content and users do not need to first be reported before they are removed or deactivated.

9)     You agree to not violate the Terms of Service, to not harass or threaten people using our platform or harm their safety whether online or in-person, and to not do criminal activities.

Violating content or users do not need to first be reported before they are removed. We monitor content and prefer to be pro-active rather than reactive to provide safety. We want to improve lives as much as possible, yet also provide communications.

Accounts can be deactivated or removed. Content can be removed or deactivated. Users who are deactivated may have their usernames changed to "User."

Explanations on Violations of Our Policies:

Bullying, Harassment, Hate, or Abuse (By Group or Individual): 

Bullying, harassment, or abuse can be direct or indirect. We review and remove even if not known by the by harmed individual or target. It can be harmful to the safety, happiness, life, or well-being of an individual. Harassment, hate, and cyberabuse creates harmful and false realities. Our goal is to prevent and stop harm. Retaliation for expression, opinions, identity, life, or leadership is dangerous for individuals, society, legalities, and progress. True expression is done safely, is without harmful impact, and allows personality.

We remove online hate and harassment to prevent escalations, fear, negativity, violence and losing safety, either online or from in-person escalations. Our goal is to prevent and stop with a protective environment.

Harassment can be name-calling, demeaning, belittling, repetitive, threatening, forceful, and/or degrading. Bullying and harassment attacks and focuses on the weaknesses of a person or attempts to create weaknesses in a person. We focus on the impact of the harassment, hate, or abuse, not only the perceived intent. This includes removal even if the harmed individual is not directly appearing to receive or know of the harassment, abuse, or hate.

Defending other people against harassment, defending yourself, or defending a person against multiple people is not bullying. We’ve seen too many people fighting ‘trolls’ online alone, and want to encourage people to stop harassment. Feel free to defend others or yourself from harassment on our platform and in your own lives. 

Reports done for Others is taken seriously by Worldie unlike other social media platforms. We want people to help others and we encourage people to prevent the harmed individual or their associates from experiencing the harassment, hate, or abuse.

Our goal is to remove cyberabuse and harassment from social media to create a safe world and more safety for individuals. Reports do not have to be done before harassment, abuse, or hate is removed - we scan and monitor for it and will proactively remove it.

Multiple people doing harassment takes priority.

Harassment applies to everyone regardless of social status – this includes public figures. 

We remove hate campaigns and deception. Harassment is misinformation and can harm both people and society.

You agree to not abuse people in all online or in-person forms.

Some forms of harassment and cyberabuse:

- Sharing, exploiting, or abusing people's private information or photos without obtaining permission.

- Stalking, threatening, or bullying.

- Sending unwanted messages, photos, videos, media to people without obtaining consent to harass.

- Sexually harassing or objectifying people, their images/digitization, or their identities. 

- Objectifying people and dehumanizing them.

- Exploiting social status or a person's identity.

- Crowdsourcing threats, harassment, abuse, or bullying to the person, their friends, their family, their bosses, their coworkers, and to the public.

- Creating false, impersonating, or imposter accounts or content of people, organizations, businesses, or initiatives - regardless of social status - to harass or harm them.

- Crowdsourced, repeated, or false online reports to harass, abuse, or bully an individual or organization. 

- Making a user unable to use the platform.

- Making a person to not be safe, well, or able to be happy either online or in-person.

Important - Severity:

- The more direct the harassment is to the person (such as on their profile, videos, photos), the worse it is.

- The higher amount of people harassing, the more severe.

- Threats to people or business, nonprofits, and economics is severe.

 -Threats to friends and family is dangerous.

- Threats to life, livelihood, safety, jobs, future, family, partners, friends, health, sexuality, and well-being has high severity.

- Civil debate is not harassment.

We take a protective and preventative stance on harassment, bullying, cyberabuse, trolling, and dehumanization.

Notice: Political views, religious views or anti-religious or atheist views, or general opinions is often not harassment unless repeatedly done to bait or to intentionally harm an individual.

Crimes & Violence: Threats, Abuse, Domestic Abuse, Violence, Trafficking, Stalking, Sexual, Exploitation, Terror, Stealing, Intimidating Victims/Witnesses/Allies, or Other (Doing, Promoting, Inciting, Intimidating, or Recruiting): 

Do not do crimes or harm others on Worldie or use the platform to promote, do, incite, cause, intimidate, recruit, or elicit crimes or harming other people. We have an anti-crime policy and want to reduce violence, exploitation, and abuse. We do not want crime or cybercrime to infiltrate our platform or its culture or to cause harm in-person, to positivity, or to safety. Our goal is to prevent, redirect, and stop violence.

Do not promote, incite, intimidate, or recruit people to do violence, threats, exploitation, abuse, stealing, objectification, or to harm others. This includes people, animals, and eliciting realism. As an organization, we may report criminal activity to enforcement and may take counter-active measures. 

Anti-victim actions or intimidating their supportive witnesses or allies will be removed and prevented. We have public safety projects for anti-crime, rescue, services, humanitarian aid, and a help network. We remove and scan for threats proactively. Victims as individuals often are vulnerable to crowdsourced hate, harassment, and abuse if they are without a protective environment.

-      Violent, exploitative, sexual, and trafficking criminal histories are against Worldie's cybersafety and can result in users being removed from Worldie. We do not want crime, criminals, or cybercrime to harm our tone or culture. We support public safety, CMS controls, and prevention. We are advised and partnered with cybersecurity. 

Scam, Fraud, Phishing, Soliciting, or Paid Trolls: 

Do not do money crimes or defraud people or organizations. Do not phish, solicit or ask for personal or financial information in order to later scam, exploit, or take advantage of people. Paid trolls are extremely harmful to the safety of individuals. Paid trolls are forbidden on our platform, will be punished, and will be removed.

Non-Art Nudity and Harmful, Exploited, or Harassment (Especially Youth): 

Do not post non-art nudity or harmful, exploited, or harassing sexual images onto Worldie. Nudity of children or youth is not allowed and is against the law in most jurisdictions. This is nudity that cannot be considered to be art or art history. Posting this will be removed and could be reported to authorities. 

We look at the impact, not necessarily the intent. For example, in prevention of abuse, we do not know if the person in the photo gave any permissions, so our default is to remove to prevent abuse, crime, or exploitation of the person by assuming there are none. Sexual harassment, abuse, and harm is serious. We provide a protective environment to users, so impact is reviewed.

Discrimination, Anti-Equality, Hostile Environment:

Do not discriminate, create a hostile environment, target, propagandize, or incite hatred, abuse, or violence against people for their social status which can include: gender identity or gender expression, sexuality or sexual orientation, race or ethnicity, sex, social origin, nationality, belief or no belief, crime victim or abuse victim, politics, health, disability, and minority groups. We want equal access and opportunity to improve people's lives.

Discrimination involves harassment, threats, slurs, derogatory words, preventing buying or selling of goods or services, inequality in provided goods or services, threats to housing, loss or threats to employment, hatred, scapegoating, and lack of safety based on the identity of a person's social status. Anti-equality can be posting hostile propaganda, inciting, or recruiting for hate. We look at the impact as well as the perceived intent.

We do not accept creating anti-equality or a hostile environment on Worldie. Our hostile environment views originate from human resource laws. We do not see hate or cyberabuse as 'speech' when it cannot be removed, or when it targets people. We redefine it as a hostile environment. Moreover, the lines between simulated machines and incited individuals believing these simulations are blurred.

If our staff or team sees that our platform is not making a safe or equal environment, we see this as violating human resource laws and equal opportunity. In this sense, Worldie is beyond other technology companies by redefining it as creating a safer environment for the public, our workers, and disadvantaged demographics. 

We are overseen by partners, stakeholders, and advisers who often serve disadvantaged demographics. Our goal is to integrate people with a public platform. As service leaders, we aim to provide positive social impact and social effects, including for collaboration.

We prevent and stop violence against women with technology and social media. We promote equality in technology and reduce violence. 

We aim for equality, public safety, and equal status for a safe and equal world.

Fear Culture, Anti-Help, Negativity, Deception, or Misinformation:

Do not create or promote fear, negativity, deception, or anti-helping others on Worldie. This includes content, impact, intent, accounts, media, or crowdsourcing. We look at cause, effect, and results to create a protective, yet encouraging environment for people, creativity, economics, and networking.

Misinformation further applies to harassment and violating tabloids of false or harmful 'news.' We do not want false realities created online that make it less safe, or to interfere with people's lives, jobs, or legal results by distorting reality. This report can crossover with harassment or causing harm. We look at impact and not only intent. 

Crowdsourcing deception, hate, or creating false agenda accounts will be removed. We look at it as creating a harmful and hostile environment, where the impact on people is taken seriously. We remove and prevent escalations. We watch social effects closely to keep our positive social impact mission.

This is a new social media policy as an industry leader which is to create a more positive and helpful environment for people. In the future, we may use technology to influence people positively to be motivated or feel better rather than degraded or in fear including with redirection. 

Misinformation can harm people’s lives and safety. This can include outrageously false information that can confuse our social projects such as "public learning and education." 

Our partners and stakeholders include victim projects. Anti-victim actions or intimidating supportive witnesses is considered anti-help and against our public safety social project. We are a positive and safe platform for people to be themselves and to feel better overall with support. We care about each individual and have empathy as a team.

If an account is vilifying victims, intimidating witnesses, or creating fear-instilling material, this is against our policy for a more egalitarian and safer world. We want victims to be able to speak publicly without retaliation in the mainstream. Our goal is to provide a platform for people without fear, confusion, or harassment. 

Harmfully Exploiting Algorithms, Errors, Trends, or Agendas:

We are fully aware that people manipulate trends and algorithms. Our concern is about harmful trends that target people – whether everyday people, public figures, organizations, businesses, or with agendas. We will remove users and content which violates our safe and positive culture.

Copyright: 

Do not violate intellectual property rights. Violations can cause content to be removed. We want content to be shared and enjoyed, but post teasers or original works or edits of works, with credit to the original copyright holders.

Harmful Spam:

Worldie often doesn't enforce spam, unless it is harmful to others, against safety, anti-equality, discriminatory, objectifying, or with harassing impact or intent.

We encourage people to promote their businesses, causes, activism, petitions, organizations, and to post outside links. 

Our priority is on removing cyberabuse and increasing safety.
